We are resuscitators (possibly builders soon) of awesome vintage homes with modern amenities while keeping the true soul of the home and then renting them as short term rentals. We are firm believers that we weren’t meant to burn the book of the home; we were put on this earth to write new chapters of that same book. Giving the original homes a chance to shine in the present world. To do that, we buy and renovate gorgeous homes to their highest potential. And the best part is that we get to share them with paying guests. We get to keep all of our vintage treasures and get to hoard more of them in the new properties that we are currently renovating. We load up our family and stay in these projects until they are rent ready. While I live like a campground raccoon inside our investments, Michelle holds down the fort for our real estate company and teaching the girls through COVID. We have built our home rehabbing and property investment company in the Charleston, SC market, but we saw potential in a tiny ski town called Beech Mountain, NC. We are going to build/renovate multiple home’s to our mid 70s modern boho chic contemporary style while building in secret doors, smart features, innovative yet resilient designs, and custom touches at every step. And we actually find the deals, buy them cash or creatively, design the builds, do the work, put in the time, build in the equity, and design the short term rentals as hands off cash printing machines. COVID put a lot in to perspective for a lot of people. We get to show them that they could actually invest in quality lifestyle assets and live their lives to the fullest. We have done the rat race of chasing deals to flip a house JUST to start over all again when it sells. We have sold tons of real estate as trusted real estate advisors. But we love vintage treasures and we love building cool, yet functionally awesome homes. Now we get to have it all by renting them out nightly to our friends, clients, and the general public. We get to be House Hoarders.
